
How it all started
Pride Fitness and Nutrition was started because founder, Greg Bentley was tired of seeing clients working with trainers for years on end without seeing any body composition results. He was frustrated, knowing people were paying hundreds of dollars per week with no results to show for it. Being certified in nutrition, Greg realized that these people we only getting a small portion of information needed form their trainers. They lacked the proper nutrition guidance to get them the results they wanted. In June 2022, that vision was realized with the launch of Pride Fitness and Nutrition. Almost immediately our services have been in high demand and we've proudly grown our client base to over a hundred people in no time at all! At that point, Greg knew he needed to grow his team to better serve his clientele and that is when Michelle Pollard joined PRIDE F&N as a personal trainer and nutrition coach.

After years of being a loyal ABC Sports Fitness member, Greg became an independent Personal Trainer offering 1 on 1 Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching both in person and virtually. He specializes in general weight loss, creating a healthier lifestyle, strength and conditioning and increasing performance in athletes. From his own journey, and years of experience in the health & fitness industry, he understands it’s imperative to customize training and nutrition based on your experience level and lifestyle. Transforming isn’t done by making huge changes all at once, it’s done one step at a time, to keep you seeing results, and driving your own passion. Greg is passionate in helping others understand that the work you do in the kitchen is just as important, than the work you do in gym. He is dedicated to educating others, holding them accountable, setting realistic goals, and giving you the tools to succeed. I am a firm believer in proper balance between fitness and lifestyle and I want to show others that you can live a lifestyle that is fun and healthy.
Michelle Pollard, RYT-200, CPT, NASM, Nutrition Coach
A fitness enthusiast for many years, Michelle turned to yoga and Pilates to heal injuries from high impact exercise. She immediately fell in love with Pilates and yoga. In 2008 she began training with Power Pilates in mat and apparatus. In 2012 she completed her 200-hr yoga certification at Yoga Mandali with Gopi Kunnicut. She continues to take workshops and trainings to improve her teaching skills in order to offer more effective classes and sessions. Michelle is fascinated by anatomy and alignment. She finds the human body an amazing vehicle. It is capable of so much more than we give it credit for. There is nothing more rewarding for her than having a client express how yoga or Pilates has changed their life for the better. Michelle holds certifications on a variety of modalities including Group Fitness, Personal Trainer, Nutrition, SPIN, TRX. Her motto is ‘Movement Heals’.

I've dedicated over a decade to the world of fitness and bodybuilding. If you're tired of chasing elusive fitness goals without seeing sustainable results, I'm here to help. As a former powerlifting and bodybuilding competitor, I bring firsthand knowledge and experience to my coaching, having helped numerous people transform their bodies and achieve remarkable results.My coaching approach is built on two critical elements: Education and Building a relationship with you. I'm passionate about teaching proper nutrition and guiding you in developing a healthy and sustainable physique. I firmly believe in delivering personalized nutrition and training plans while ensuring you understand the "why" behind them. I understand that there's no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to an individual's diet and program. That's why I tailor diet and program changes to align with your specific circumstances at any given time.Accountability is a crucial aspect of my coaching. I'll be there to support you every step of the way and teach you how to implement new habits into your lifestyle without resorting to extreme measures or shortcuts. I understand the frustration of feeling like you're constantly chasing an unattainable goal. Together, we'll break the cycle of starting over and help you maintain the results you've worked so hard for.

I wear many hats in life as a mom, a professional body builder, a nutrition coach, a teacher, and a realtor. Health and wellness are always at the forefront of my mind and are the foundation for all things as a means for bringing my very best to all aspects of my life. I work with individuals to educate and help create lifelong habits to achieve and maintain health and physique goals. My services differ from others as I offer not only education, but a collaborative approach including guided trips to the supermarket, custom recipes and food prep sessions so individuals have all the tools needed to be successful.
